Telehealth Mental Health Therapist

We’re hiring Licensed Therapists in Minnesota to provide full-time counseling services through telehealth. In this role, you’ll work with adults managing emotional, behavioral, and everyday life challenges while providing consistent, individualized support. You’ll have a structured weekday schedule and the flexibility to deliver care remotely.

Schedule & Salary

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM $115,000–$120,000 annually Remote/Telehealth Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment goals Monitor progress and update treatment plans when appropriate Coordinate virtually with clinical team members when additional support is needed Complete accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) At least 2 years of clinical experience Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong communication and technology skills Benefits
