Evolve Talent Partners is partnering with an established San Francisco-based wealth management firm to hire a Client Service Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in building a career in private wealth management. The Analyst will work closely with advisors and senior client service professionals, gaining hands-on experience supporting high-net-worth clients while learning the systems, processes, and operational foundations of a sophisticated wealth management business.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering exceptional service. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to advisors and client service professionals

Assist with new client onboarding, account opening, engagement agreements, investment policy statements, and related documentation

Support account activity including transfers, wires, checks, trades, and portfolio rebalancing under the direction of experienced team members

Prepare materials for client meetings and track follow-up items and next steps

Maintain client and internal databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping

Assist with projects involving portfolio updates, documentation, data quality, and process improvement

Communicate professionally with clients, custodians, vendors, and internal colleagues

Identify and escalate non-routine, sensitive, or time-critical issues appropriately

Contribute to projects designed to improve team processes and the overall client experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Relevant internships or experience in client service, administration, financial services, accounting, or a related area are helpful but not required

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment

Genuine interest in client service, financial markets, and private wealth management

Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and follow-through

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

Sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential information

Collaborative, team-oriented approach and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Compensation & Benefits

Starting base salary: approximately $80,000, depending on experience
