About the Role

This position is to implement the test work based on user requirements. Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform the testing activities including requirement clarification, test approach discover, test plan/case creation, Test Strategy/Closure report. Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool Support SIT/UAT as user request Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality Collaborate with IT and business users Leverage AI to improve testing efficiency Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. Communication Requirements

Internal (50%)

Weekly progress report of assigned tasks.

Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks.

Build trust with colleagues in design, development and testing team.

External (50%)

Understand user requirements and clarify if unclear.

Discussion with external counter parties on the solution/issues found during the completion of assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC) Database experience is a MUST Good understanding of testing process and methodology Good understanding of insurance business is a plus
