The organization operates ten healthcare centers, eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations, a Mobile Health Unit, and in-house Pharmacy services. They deliver integrated primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to patients of all ages and backgrounds throughout the state.
The Position
Our client is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their outpatient behavioral health team in South Bend, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMHNP to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits Include:

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA license / prescriptive authority (post-hire) 2+ years of clinical experience preferred community health experience a plus BLS certification Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required Responsibilities
100% outpatient behavioral health Manage patients of all ages with a variety of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions 35 patient care hours and 5 administrative hours per week Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning Diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medications as appropriate Provide patient education and counseling regarding treatment plans and medications Collaborate with integrated primary care and behavioral health teams Participate in clinic staff meetings and quality initiatives Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR Please apply or email CV to justin@theipgteam.com
