Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our operations team and handle the coordination and monitoring of daily delivery orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order distribution and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and organize delivery orders. Distribute orders to drivers based on location and priority. Transfer and reassign orders when required. Enter and update order information accurately in the system. Monitor order status and ensure proper completion. Conduct regular order and data inventory checks. Follow up on delays or operational issues and coordinate solutions. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations throughout the night shift. Requirements

Previous experience in dispatching, delivery, logistics, or operations is preferred. Good computer and data-entry skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work the night shift. Good knowledge of Baghdad areas is an advantage.
