Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Business Continuity & Enterprise Incident Management professional to support and enhance enterprise resilience across workforce, workspace, cyber, digital, supplier, and financial domains.

The successful candidate will serve as a critical liaison between business units, response partners, and leadership teams to ensure effective incident management, business recovery, continuity planning, and organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Incident Monitoring & Response Monitor internal intelligence sources, collaboration platforms, news outlets, threat intelligence tools, and professional forums to identify incidents that may impact business operations, employees, clients, or organizational reputation. Assess emerging threats and coordinate timely escalation and response activities. Participate in an on-call rotation to support incident monitoring, escalation, activation, and coordination activities outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays. Support enterprise incident management processes and ensure rapid coordination during critical events. Business Continuity & Resilience Management Support the development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), response plans, and recovery strategies. Conduct and facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical business functions, dependencies, and recovery requirements. Evaluate operational risks and potential disruption scenarios, providing recommendations to strengthen organizational resilience. Consult with stakeholders on continuity planning methodologies, standards, and best practices. Crisis Management & Recovery Coordination Serve as a primary point of coordination across business units, regional teams, and external response partners during incidents and recovery efforts. Facilitate situational awareness, information sharing, response alignment, and recovery activities across multiple stakeholder groups. Support emergency management, disaster preparedness, communications, and crisis response initiatives. Exercise Management & Readiness Testing Lead and coordinate enterprise exercises, tabletop simulations, and executive-level crisis management drills. Partner with subject matter experts across divisions and regions to design, execute, and evaluate resilience exercises. Develop exercise scenarios that improve preparedness, decision-making, and organizational response capabilities. Measure exercise outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Governance, Compliance & Reporting Facilitate Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and After-Action Reports (AARs) following significant incidents and exercises. Track and report on continuity program compliance, readiness metrics, exercise outcomes, and remediation activities. Support audit, regulatory, and governance activities related to business continuity and organizational resilience. Maintain continuity documentation, procedures, standards, and operational playbooks. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Develop executive-level communications, incident updates, checkpoint summaries, situation reports, and recovery status reports. Draft emergency notification messages and enterprise-wide communications during incidents. Deliver stakeholder training, awareness sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to business continuity and incident management. Foster strong partnerships across business, technology, operational, and risk management functions. Continuous Improvement Support ongoing enhancement of enterprise incident response processes, tools, standards, and resilience capabilities. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational preparedness. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives within the Global Business Continuity Management function. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of professional experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or related disciplines. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting business contingency planning, disaster recovery, incident response, or crisis management programs. Strong understanding of Business Continuity Lifecycle Management, Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Recovery Planning. Experience coordinating cross-functional response activities during operational disruptions and critical incidents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and support enterprise incident response requirements. Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Information Security, or a related discipline. Progress toward or possession of professional certifications such as: Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) Associate Business Continuity Professional (ACBP) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Experience working in highly regulated, global enterprise environments. Familiarity with emergency notification systems, continuity planning tools, and incident management platforms. Experience with audit, regulatory, and compliance engagements related to business continuity and operational resilience. Location
