Fleet Manager

A leading delivery company in Iraq is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations, manage delivery captains, and ensure operational efficiency across the delivery network. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to fleet management, and the ability to monitor performance, solve operational challenges, and maintain high standards of productivity, service quality, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise delivery captains, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance with company policies. Monitor daily fleet operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery services. Track fleet and captain performance using KPIs and operational reports. Identify operational issues, resolve challenges, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure seamless workflows. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actions to improve fleet utilization and reduce operational costs. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, delivery operations, or driver supervision. Proven ability to lead, supervise, and manage operational teams. Strong understanding of delivery operations and fleet management systems. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports. Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
