Your day-to-day

Handle incoming calls, chats and tickets from restaurant partners and customers Help with orders, refunds, deliveries and platform-related questions Provide friendly, professional and empathetic support across different channels Follow quality standards and established response guidelines Escalate more complex or sensitive cases when needed Support the team with additional project tasks when required
