Head of Warehouses

Key responsibilities:

Leads the warehousing organization in Iceland and sets operational strategy, priorities and governance for safe, compliant and efficient operations. Owns budget planning and cost control for the function; drives productivity, waste reduction and resource optimization. Interprets and implements corporate/site policies and regulatory requirements; ensures inspection readiness and robust execution of SOPs. Leads and develops managers and teams; accountable for hire-to-retire people processes, capability building, succession and performance management. Partners with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS and IT to remove constraints, manage escalations and deliver improvements.
