What will you do?

A day in the life of a Senior Executive Assistant to the CPO at VF looks a little like this.

You'll provide executive-level support to the Chief People Officer (CPO), working within a dynamic, fast-paced HR organization alongside a team of passionate professionals. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CPO.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

· You'll manage an extremely active executive calendar, arrange complex domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compile documents for travel and meetings - keeping the CPO organized and ready for what's next.

· You'll serve as a key liaison to the VF Board of Directors, external investors, auditors, external agencies, and senior management - coordinating executive outreach across many teams, regions, and brands to align calendars and prioritize meetings and events.

· You'll assist the CPO with internal and external communications, applying strong written and verbal communication skills to represent the office with professionalism.

· You'll work closely and effectively with the CPO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities - acting as a trusted partner who anticipates needs and follows up appropriately.

· You'll oversee special projects from conception to completion, often working independently - including internal team meetings and working sessions, support for large-scale internal and external events, and employee engagement activations.

· You'll research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, ensuring resolution of internal and external inquiries by coordinating with the appropriate teams worldwide.

· You'll help coordinate the agenda for the CPO's senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-staff meetings - and assist with scheduling Finance-related reviews and other annual deadlines.

· You'll manage T&E reports, reconcile purchasing card expenses, and handle other financial administrative tasks for executive management.
