What You’ll Do Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum that inspires curiosity and critical thinking. Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues that support student success and well-being. Incorporate inclusive teaching practices that honor diverse perspectives and identities. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design, assessment, and professional initiatives. Actively contribute to the school community through advisory, co-curriculars, and participation in school-wide events. Qualifications Demonstrated commitment to Catlin Gabel’s values Experience teaching in a classroom setting, with expertise in subject matter and pedagogy. Ability to design student-centered, inquiry-based learning experiences. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and respect in a diverse community. Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset. Advanced degree or teaching credential preferred, though not always required.
