Telecom Support Analyst

What you need to get the job:

Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting call center application Strong data analytics and reporting to provide to key stakeholders Ability to create call flow scripts and diagram those in system based on different department needs Any scripting or development experience is a plus Ability to support call center systems that connects to a complex network Why you want the job:
