We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple entities, including timecard review, overtime, deductions, and final pay
Reconcile payroll and 401(k)/benefit remittances; provide labor cost reports to Finance
Support payroll tax filings and year-end W-2s
Administer employee benefits and 401(k), including enrollments and open enrollment
Support annual workers' comp, general liability, and 401(k) audits
Coordinate H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT/CPT, PERM, and L-1 cases with outside immigration counsel
Track visa status and work authorization expiration dates for all sponsored employees
Handle school verifications for OPT/STEM OPT and PERM recruitment advertising
Issue employment verification letters (VOE)
Ensure I-9 and E-Verify compliance, including reverifications and internal audits
Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) – required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
3–5 years of U.S. payroll experience, multi-state preferred (California a plus)
Experience coordinating employment-based immigration cases with outside counsel
Working knowledge of FLSA, state wage-and-hour laws, and I-9/E-Verify
Proficient in Excel and payroll/HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity)
Detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines
Work type: Full-time, On-site
Pay: $25/hr
