Your Impact at dss+

You will play a key leadership role in growing our business and delivering transformational outcomes for clients. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead complex programmes, develop strategic client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities across the Iberian market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale safety, operational transformation and performance improvement programmes

Develop and expand strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders

Identify, shape, and convert business development opportunities across Spain and Portugal

Manage and grow key client accounts within target industries

Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver measurable client impact

Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and managers across project teams

Support proposal development, commercial negotiations, and solution design

Contribute to thought leadership and the continued evolution of dss+ operational excellence offerings

Support regional leadership in executing growth strategies and market expansion plans
