My client, a global medical technology leader, is hiring an Associate Principal Engineer to own the architecture and roadmap for its pump and fluid platform across a full line of urine evacuation devices.

What you'll be doing

Own the platform roadmap across performance, power, sensing, and reliability Lead strategy reviews and publish roadmaps with clear deliverables Set architecture principles and interface standards used across multiple products Guide decisions on pump mechanism, power, charging, sensing, and acoustic/odor performance

About you

Be able to do the job as described. Background in electromechanical medical devices or portable pump/fluid systems Track record leading cross-functional technical strategy, not just subsystem design Strong grounding in systems architecture and design controls Comfortable influencing without direct authority
