About the Role

We're looking for an experienced marketing generalist to step in and lead our marketing function during a maternity leave. Reporting to the Director of RevOps & Marketing (Interim), you'll bring broad expertise across brand and demand generation, guiding a results-focused team, keeping current plans moving, and building the strategy for the next two quarters. Pipeline creation is our North Star, and every campaign, event, and initiative should ladder up to it. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can get up to speed quickly, earn the team's trust, and deliver without a long ramp-up.

Lead and mentor the team

Coach and support a team of results-focused marketers, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and room to grow

Host a monthly lookback meeting with the team to review results, share learnings, and celebrate wins

Lead quarterly planning sessions to align the team on priorities, goals, and OKRs for the period ahead

Keep morale, accountability, and momentum high throughout the transition

Plan and execute

Implement the current Marketing Plan, tracking progress against goals and adjusting as needed

Build the Q3 and Q4 Marketing Plans, aligning priorities, campaigns, and metrics with company objectives

Prioritize pipeline creation while investing in the brand equity that fuels it.

Sponsor major marketing projects from kickoff to delivery, keeping timelines, scope, and resources on track

Set, track, and report on team OKRs, making sure each objective ties to company goals and that progress is reviewed regularly with the team and the GTM leadership team

Identify and apply AI tools to improve how the team works, from content creation and campaign optimization to reporting and analysis, while keeping quality, brand voice, and data privacy in check

Collaborate across the business

Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to keep messaging and campaigns aligned

Act as the marketing point of contact for cross-functional initiatives, and report progress to the Director of RevOps & Marketing (Interim)

Manage budget and resources

Oversee the team budget, monitor spend against plan, and flag risks early

Prioritize investment toward the channels and initiatives with the strongest return
