Barista

As a Barista at Uncle Mike's, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. You’ll create a welcoming environment for our customers and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. This job can be full time or part time.

Positive Attitude Creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. Follow procedures for maintaining proper food safety standards Create a welcoming environment to all guests by welcoming them & connecting with them through conversation. Create specialty coffee, espresso and matcha beverages following recipes and/or customer specifications Welcome questions from guests and seek opportunities to educate on our products Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
