As one of five Leading Hands in our Auckland operation, you will provide leadership and support to your team of heavy diesel field service technicians working across the Auckland region. You will be responsible for ensuring work efficiency, productivity and quality, safety, coaching and mentoring, warranty claims and associated administrative work. You will also undertake your own on tools work and complete jobs alongside your leadership responsibilities.

You will also lead daily Right to Start meetings and champion Health and Safety along with our other values of Openness, Integrity and Care.

A qualified and experienced heavy diesel technician 2+ years’ experience in our industry An understanding of operational processes and systems Experience leading, mentoring and coaching a team Is preferred but not essential This role requires you to work closely with other Terra staff to ensure our customers have a great experience every time, so top-notch communication and organisational skills are essential.
