What Your Days Will Look Like

Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines

Compensation

Hourly model: $40-51/hour Salary model available
