This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and gets energy from helping others succeed.

💼 What you’ll do:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, meetings, and travel. Prioritize tasks and communications to keep him focused on key decisions. Support with personal tasks to free up time for business growth. Handle office operations, resources, and supplies to keep things running smoothly. Oversee budgets for travel and operations, driving efficiency and cost savings. Assist with reports, presentations, and other business documentation. Build out our presence in Austin and help us grow our reputation as one of the fastest-growing companies and best places to work. Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.

👀 What we’re looking for:

At least 2+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience. Based in the Austin metro area, within about a 30 minute drive of our West Lake Hills office. This is an in-person role, 5 days a week. We are not able to consider remote or hybrid candidates. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded. Excellent communicator with strong people skills and emotional intelligence. Self-sufficient, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. ⭐️ Bonus points if you:

Love making others’ lives easier with a proactive, anticipatory approach. Are obsessed with process-driven solutions. Have experience with Slack, Asana, HubSpot. Enjoy juggling multiple tasks while keeping everything on track.

💰 Compensation: $65,000 to $105,000 (depending on qualifications and experience) + earn your way into profit share
