Customer Success Consultant

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

Act as the main point of contact for our clients, helping them make the most out of the ContactPigeon platform Coordinate implementations and ensure all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner Bridge communication between customers and internal technical/support teams

✅ What we’re looking for:

Excellent command of Greek & English (written and verbal) A friendly and proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
