Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator Pay: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor injection molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic components while maintaining production standards and workplace safety.

Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines during production. Inspect finished plastic parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Remove, handle, and package completed plastic components. Monitor production processes and report equipment issues or product defects. Perform basic quality checks and maintain accurate production records as needed. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Meet production goals while maintaining consistent product quality. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred. Plastic injection molding experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to work a morning, swing, or overnight shift, depending on business needs. IND2
