Your Day-to-Day As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, providing professional skin/hair/body analysis and recommend suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to customers. You will be responsible for driving sales through expert product knowledge and creating a welcoming and engaging experience. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of service in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional beauty consultations and recommend suitable products and services based on client needs. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product demonstrations and client engagement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and beauty trends. Manage client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and in-clinic communication Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Work closely with doctors, therapists and the clinic team to provide a seamless client experience.

Who We’re Looking For 1+ year experience in aesthetic, beauty, medical aesthetics, skincare Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for aesthetic treatments or skincare. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations. Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications. Customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
