Assistant Director - Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Assistant Director – Digital Marketing to lead and oversee the organization's digital marketing function across Paid, Organic, Email, and Affiliate Marketing channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall digital marketing strategy, leading channel performance, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, and ensuring that all digital marketing activities are aligned with the company's business objectives.

The Assistant Director will provide strategic direction and leadership to individuals for marketing channels, ensuring effective execution, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and achievement of defined KPIs.

The role will work closely with the senior leadership to provide data-driven insights, marketing performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for business growth.

Requirements

Lead the overall digital marketing strategy across Paid, Organic, Affiliate, and Email Marketing. Work closely with the President to analyze digital marketing data, performance, and business results. Set and monitor KPIs, targets, budgets, ROI, ROAS, CAC, leads, conversions, and revenue. Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance improvement. Drive SEO, paid advertising, email/CRM, affiliate marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for the President. Identify market trends, customer insights, performance gaps, and growth opportunities. Lead A/B testing, conversion optimization, automation, AI tools, and digital innovation. Ensure effective budget allocation and maximize marketing ROI. Develop and coach the digital marketing team, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
