HR Advisor - Total Rewards, HRIS & Analytics

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our Human Resources department. As the HR Advisor for Total Rewards, HRIS, and Analytics, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Support the design, implementation, communication, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness.

Maintain job descriptions, job families, and position classifications, ensuring alignment with organizational structures.

Coordinate and administer annual compensation review processes and provide guidance to supervisors on pay administration.

Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and pension plans, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.

Liaise with insurers, brokers, and third-party providers, while overseeing enrollments, employee communications, vendor invoicing, and benefits reconciliations.

Serve as the HRIS super user, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and effective utilization of HR systems.

Develop HR metrics, workforce analytics, and reporting, while supporting HR budgeting, planning, and decision-making.
