Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Location: Mississippi Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits Work Setting: Remote/Telehealth

About the Position The Mental Health Therapist will provide virtual therapy to clients across Mississippi. Sessions will focus on understanding each client’s concerns, working toward individual goals, and helping clients develop practical ways to manage challenges. The role also includes keeping clinical records up to date and documenting client care accurately and on time.

Responsibilities Lead virtual therapy sessions based on each client’s needs and goals Create a comfortable, professional setting for clients to discuss their concerns Work with clients to identify practical strategies for managing emotional and mental health challenges Review client progress and adjust goals or treatment approaches when needed Complete clear, accurate clinical documentation Maintain timely client records in line with professional requirements Requirements

Active Mississippi license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar) Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds Comfortable using virtual tools and platforms Benefits
