Experienced Door & Window Installer | Year-Round Work

Tired of seasonal slowdowns or jobs that don’t respect your skill?

At Wayne Door, we keep our installers working year-round on real projects that require experience, not guesswork.

We’re hiring an experienced door and window installer who knows how to get the job done right the first time.

Your day-to-day:

Install and replace entry doors and windows to exact specs

Troubleshoot on-site and make adjustments for a perfect fit

Seal, finish, and deliver a final product that looks as good as it performs

Travel to job sites across Northeast Ohio with a consistent workload

You won’t be babysat. You’ll be trusted.

What you bring:

Proven installation experience (this is not an entry-level role)

Confidence using tools, reading conditions, and making decisions on-site

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to communicate with customers and represent the brand professionally

Why Wayne Door:

No “slow season” guessing games

Competitive pay, health and dental benefits

A company that’s been doing this right for over 50 years

Work that challenges you and keeps you sharp

If you’re experienced and ready for something more stable… this is it.
