The Global Direct Procurement department drives global sourcing strategies and supplier management, ensuring a reliable and cost-efficient supply across all responsible production sites worldwide. Our Packaging Materials team manages strategic packaging categories globally and develops procurement and supplier strategies to ensure competitive, secure, and efficient packaging solutions.

Your Challenge in Detail You will support global sourcing managers in developing and implementing procurement strategies You will create, adapt, and revise presentations and management reports You will analyze procurement data and help identify potential savings and efficiency improvements You will track selected global procurement markets and assess potential implications for sourcing strategies You will support global project management by maintaining project plans, coordinating project meetings, and following up on actions

Your Competence is in Demand Current full-time studies in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program Very good English language skills; written and spoken Good German language skills are a plus Good knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Interest in procurement in a global environment Good self-organization and prioritization skills Experience in project management and creating PowerPoint presentations or management reports is an advantage Initial practical experience through an internship, working student position, or a similar role is beneficial Our offer to you As a working student (m/w/d), there is a lot for you to discover at Fresenius.
