What You'll Work On Recruitment & Hiring You'll provide hands-on support throughout our recruitment processes, including:

Reviewing CVs and applications and identifying suitable candidates Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews Assessing candidates against agreed role requirements Coordinating interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers Keeping recruitment processes organised and progressing Supporting offer and pre-hire processes Maintaining accurate recruitment information Helping improve the candidate experience and recruitment workflow We're looking for someone who has personally interviewed and assessed candidates, rather than someone whose recruitment experience has mainly been scheduling interviews or handling administration.

HR Operations You'll also provide practical HR operations support across our international business, including:

Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation Supporting HR processes across different countries and employment setups Responding to HR-related questions and requests Supporting HR compliance and documentation requirements Maintaining HR systems and data accuracy Creating and improving HR documentation, templates, and processes We need someone with genuine hands-on HR experience, not a recruitment-only background.

What You'll Bring 3+ years of hands-on HR experience - essential Strong practical recruitment experience - essential Experience personally conducting candidate interviews - essential Experience reviewing and assessing candidates Experience coordinating recruitment processes and working with hiring managers Experience across the HR lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding Good understanding of HR documentation, systems and compliance Experience working across multiple countries or international teams is a plus Confidence using HR systems, spreadsheets and digital tools An interest in automation, AI and process improvement Excellent written and spoken English Strong organisation and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-oriented approach Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys people, recruitment, HR, and finding smarter ways to work.
