Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Provider Network Management team and serve as the organization's internal expert for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This role will replace an external consulting resource and bring critical Salesforce architecture and configuration expertise in-house to support long-term business objectives. The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests for current caregivers: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington. The strongest candidate will be a Salesforce architect with Health Cloud expertise who has worked in a healthcare payer environment, possesses OmniStudio/Vlocity experience, and can serve as a strategic partner to the Provider Network Management team while driving the organization's Salesforce roadmap and reducing reliance on external consulting services.

Salesforce Solution Architect background with experience leading solution design and configuration initiatives. Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience in a production environment. Experience with OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity/Velocity managed package) including solution design, configuration, and implementation. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Required Salesforce certifications as outlined in the approved job description. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and business teams

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices and standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies. Mentor and train junior team members. Work with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts and sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements Validates solution components, leads customer walkthroughs and provides guidance to the product manager for key issues/risks to the project Skills

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Demonstrated experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Demonstrates working technical knowledge of systems administration Knowledge of data migration and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Demonstrated experience solving server/operating system problems that reduce impact to customers/end-users Active Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Systems or 5+ years equivalent technical experience in systems administration or related technical field. Health insurance experience Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Copado, Git). Working experience with Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud Active Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder Active Certified Salesforce B2C Solution Architect

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
