My client, a medical device manufacturer in the Deerfield, IL area, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate blow-fill-seal (BFS) equipment producing sterile solutions. This is a hands-on production role in a regulated cGMP environment where precision and compliance directly support patient safety.

Set up and operate BFS machines and support equipment to produce bottled sterile solutions Start up and maintain the purified water system Compound solutions according to SOPs and prescribed formulations Follow written procedures and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice and documentation compliance Support Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts About you

Be able to do the job as described. High school diploma or GED; higher education a plus Hands-on mechanical experience, such as automotive repair, filling operations, or blow molding Comfortable reading blueprints and following written procedures precisely Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly How to apply
