Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to formulate strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement. Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Efficiently address customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience. Requirements

Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, particularly within the e-commerce or digital retail sector. Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools used in online retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on fostering customer satisfaction. Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, remote working environment. Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
