Your next chapter starts here! At weWow, you’ll lead one of our key partnerships: 123inkt Group (123inkt, PrintAbout, Cartridge People). You’ll manage and grow a multilingual sales team (15+ FTE) across markets like NL, UK, FR, SE, IT, and DE, with plenty of room to scale.

What will you do?

Lead, inspire, and develop an international sales team

Own the commercial performance of the 123inkt Group accounts

Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize processes and performance

Scale the team through hiring, coaching, and expansion into new markets

Manage key stakeholders and spot new revenue opportunities

Stay hands-on when needed, supporting the team during peak moments

This role is for you if you…

Are native Dutch + fluent in English

Have 5+ years in sales leadership

Have managed teams of 10+ people

Know how to drive revenue and performance
