Job Description:

Accountabilities:

The general accounting position will handle below listed activities mostly supporting consolidated accounting, including but not limited to compliance to policies and guidelines and SOX internal controls.

Managed monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including period-open processes, currency revaluation, and translation runs across multiple ledgers. Executed intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries to support accurate multi-entity financial reporting. Performed monthly FX, CTA, and Other Income & Expense analyses as part of the close cycle. Administered the full prepaid expense lifecycle - including amortization, reclassification, expiration, and new contract setup - across multiple legal entities. Completed monthly balance sheet reconciliations as both Preparer and Approver, ensuring timely and accurate close sign-off. Maintained lease schedules and generated quarterly reports in compliance with lease accounting standards (ASC 842). Prepared monthly Asset & Liability and Accrued Liability Forecasts in coordination with cross-functional teams. Submitted required government and regulatory filings on a quarterly and annual basis. Conducted quarterly analytical reviews including Related Party Transactions, SaaS Classification, and Journal Entry population reviews. Supported SEC reporting processes (10-Q and 10-K) by preparing reconciliation workpapers and supporting schedules. Collaborated with FP&A, Treasury, and external auditors to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and reported financial results. Required Skills:

· Bachelor of Science Accountancy

· CPA is preferred

· At least 5 years’ relevant experience.

· Advantage on the experience in Oracle, Blackline system and Concur System

· Self-Driven and has initiative to learn the system

· Background in Sales Office Accounting is an advantage

· Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP

· Oracle ERP experience preferred

· Strong, disciplined work paper preparation skills

· Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively communicate technical issues to finance and non-finance personnel at all levels of a global organization

· Ability to lead meetings

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
