Responsibilities Engage with Swedish-speaking business clients via phone, email, and chat to provide comprehensive support. Respond to inquiries related to business services and assist with account management and operational tasks. Resolve client issues swiftly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Accurately record all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality control. Work in collaboration with internal teams to handle complex inquiries and enhance delivery of services. Keep abreast of business services and products to provide informed assistance to clients. Participate in continuous training and development to improve service delivery and personal skill set. Requirements

Fluency in Swedish and a strong command of English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in a customer support role, ideally within a business or corporate context. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on client satisfaction. Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capability to address high-pressure situations effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and office software tools is preferred. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
