Service Now Jr. Lead Consultant | Hybrid - Makati

Work Schedule:  Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment Should have prior working experience in ServiceNow platform Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting. Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work

Must-Have Certifications

Certified System Administrator (Desired) ITIL Certifications (desired) Other Service-Now Certifications (Preferred) 4 to 7 years of IT Industry experience Minimum 3 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
