About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Support & Purchasing Supervisor to oversee corporate purchasing, branch fulfillment, facility support, and warehouse operations from our Headquarters location.

This position will lead a team of support specialists and ensure our staffing branches have the supplies, equipment, facilities, and operational support they need to run effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, vendors, and locations.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Support & Facilities

Oversee and prioritize support requests from staffing branches. Coordinate contractors and technicians for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, janitorial, and other facility needs. Track work orders and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Coordinate the physical setup and closure of branch locations, including furniture, signage, supplies, and equipment. Communicate with branch leadership regarding work orders, deliveries, delays, and service schedules. Purchasing & Vendor Management

Review branch supply and purchasing requests. Obtain vendor quotes and competitive pricing when needed. Route purchases and work orders through appropriate approval processes. Manage corporate supply and vendor information. Maintain inventory and ordering databases. Assist branches with ordering portals, credentials, and purchasing processes. Financial & Administrative Support

Track operational expenses and purchasing approvals. Prepare monthly expense and cost-allocation reports for Accounting. Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and work order records. Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and control costs. Team Leadership

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of support staff. Train and develop Ordering and Purchasing Support Specialists. Monitor accuracy, productivity, and adherence to established processes. Provide guidance and support to ensure branch requests are handled efficiently. Warehouse & Logistics

Process and fulfill branch purchase orders and corporate store requests. Receive and safely unload incoming deliveries. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas. Pick, pack, and ship merchandise to branches. Verify SKUs, quantities, and order information before shipment. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or discrepancies. Perform routine inventory counts and audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. 3–5+ years of experience in corporate operations, facilities, procurement, supply chain, or a related field. Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment environment. 1–2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities across multiple locations. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, inventory systems, or similar software. Experience with facility ticketing or work order systems is a plus. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day. Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver packages and bulk inventory.
