Responsibilities:

Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of all transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and reports. Monitor transaction flows closely to identify any abnormal behaviors, discrepancies, or irregular patterns. Investigate and analyze any detected anomalies, determine root causes, and document findings clearly. Prepare detailed reconciliation reports highlighting variances, issues, and overall transaction performance. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain proper records and documentation of reconciliation activities for audit and compliance purposes. Continuously review and improve reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk control. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of card transaction flows and card settlement processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes. Good understanding of financial transactions, payment systems, and reconciliation processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions. Ability to handle large volumes of data and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Very good command of English.
