Loan Operations & Documentation

We are supporting a leading international bank on a defined loan portfolio transfer programme. As part of a wider balance sheet optimisation, a portfolio of syndicated loan assets is being sold down, and every facility in scope requires full transfer execution - documentation, system updates, agent and counterparty communication, and settlement.

You will run transfers end to end, working directly with Front Office, agent banks and buying counterparties to get each trade documented, circled, booked and settled.
