Registered Nurse (RN)

Team Select is looking for a Registered Nurse to work 1:1 with medically fragile patients in their homes. Shifts are between 8 and 12 hours in length, shifts are open for days, nights, and we can accommodate full-time and part-time schedules. Our patients require support for a variety of conditions; you will receive hands-on training from our Director of Nursing to ensure that you feel confident providing care as necessary for your patient. Common tasks include activities of daily living, tube-feedings, trach care, and ventilator management.

Position Details and Responsibilities

1:1 Patient Care Work with pediatric/adult patients G-tube, trach, and/or ventilator care Electronic documentation Provide patient assessments, treatments, and other required cares as detailed in the patient’s plan of care

Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing. current BLS Certification Negative TB test (can be provided)
