Sales Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Act as a professional representative of Klüber Lubrication towards customers, managing direct B2B sales within assigned industrial markets

Take full ownership of the assigned sales territory, including planning, execution, and achievement of sales and growth targets

Develop and maintain customer relationships in an international environment

Apply value-based selling approaches to translate customer needs into sustainable business solutions

Drive business development by identifying and realizing new opportunities within the assigned markets

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholder (e.g. customer service, application engineering, Service) to deliver customer-centric solutions

Manage the Sales pipeline (from Lead to Sales), and activities using CRM systems, ensuring transparency and performance tracking

Communicate and negotiate effectively in an international environment and travel intensively within the assigned sales area

Qualifications:

Several years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably in industrial, technical, or specialty product environments

Proven capability in managing direct customer and key account relationships, ideally in an international or multi-country context

Strong understanding of value-based selling concepts and translating customer needs into sustainable business solutions

Experience working effectively in cross-functional environments (e.g. application engineering, technical experts, business development)

Confident handling of CRM systems and structured, data-driven working style combined with high accountability and execution focus

Fluency in Hungarian and English (both spoken and written)
