My client, a growing medical device company in Marlton, NJ pioneering a first-of-its-kind heart failure therapy, is hiring a logistics trade & compliance coordinator to keep goods moving accurately and compliantly, domestic and international, so patients receive treatment without delay.

Receive, inspect, and track inventory accurately in real time Coordinate domestic and international shipments from scheduling through delivery Classify goods with accurate HS codes and compliant export documentation Review customs entries, resolve broker errors, and initiate duty drawback claims Coordinate with brokers and government agencies, keeping audit-ready records About you

Be able to do the job as described. Working knowledge of CBP and international trade compliance regulations Understanding of HS classification and commodity declaration principles Comfortable investigating discrepancies and recovering duties and taxes Proficiency with ERP and shipment tracking systems How to apply
