About Ludia

Ludia Consulting is one of the fastest growing and innovative consulting firms in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Field Services, Project Operations and PowerPlatform. We are looking for a team member that is committed to helping others and their communities while also growing professionally as part of the Ludia family.

We are not just a traditional organization; we are driven to help our partners and clients while delivering value every day. Our team members are also encouraged to grow by sharing their knowledge and experience through a multitude of community driven channels including local non-profit organizations.

The Position

The Fractional Account Executive is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor role for senior enterprise technology advisors who carry active CxO-level relationships in industrial or technology-intensive verticals. There is no base salary, draw, or retainer associated with this position. Compensation is earned exclusively through commissions on closed business, with a highly competitive commission structure that rewards enterprise-level deal success.

This is not a passive referral arrangement-it is an active sales role in a fractional model. You originate and develop enterprise opportunities from within your existing network, collaborate with a capable delivery team, and earn significant commission on every engagement that closes.

The model is fractional by design. You do not leave your current role, practice, or advisory work. This engagement is built to complement your existing activity-monetizing conversations and relationships you are already having in the market.
