Your Day-to-Day Impact & Responsibilities Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings per day, motivating members to take action on recommendations that are in their absolute best interest. Rapidly build trust and credibility in a remote setting, fostering long-term relationships through a consistent, high-quality experience. Efficiently synthesize member needs and partner with Trading and Investment Operations to coordinate solutions and tax strategies. Become an expert on our proprietary, AI-enabled tech stack to build comprehensive plans. Guide Foundations members through plan implementation using messaging and in-house tools to inspire action. Ruthlessly manage your calendar and time to ensure an efficient, high-quality experience. CFP® designation 1+ years of member facing financial planning experience Effective follow up and typing/written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members Exceptional time management and communication skills –these are the biggest keys to success as a Facet reserve planner Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools Benefits
