What You’ll Do

Lead Clinical Excellence and Provider Development Ensure all services meet Sev Skin’s clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct in-room observations and audits to assess documentation, protocol adherence, treatment quality, and client outcomes. Lead provider onboarding, clinical training, and sign-off before independent treatment. Provide hands-on coaching that strengthens technical skills, confidence, and client communication. Create targeted development plans and take timely action when performance, compliance, or treatment-quality gaps are identified. Serve as the first point of escalation for clinical questions, adverse events, and client recovery concerns. Drive Provider and Business Performance Coach providers on consultations, treatment planning, client education, and service recommendations. Drive clinical compliance, OSAT, five-star reviews, conversion, rebooking, productivity, and services-per-appointment results. Reinforce “every client, every time” behaviors throughout the treatment experience. Partner with Studio Managers to optimize provider scheduling, coverage, productivity, and client flow. Contribute to GAAP and cash revenue, room utilization above 90%, and profitability goals. Partner for District Growth Partner with the District Manager as a co-owner of district performance. Align clinical execution with operational priorities, studio action plans, promotions, and growth initiatives. Lead clinical readiness and training for new studio openings, services, and protocols. Support provider hiring, development, engagement, and retention. Share field insights that improve training, workflows, systems, and the client experience. What You Bring An active RN, NP, or PA license in good standing. At least two to three years of medical aesthetics experience. Direct injectable experience is required. Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, safety protocols, and client consultation. Proven ability to coach providers and improve clinical quality and business performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Comfort working in a performance-driven, KPI-focused environment. Experience with Zenoti or a similar platform is preferred. Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned district. Schedule and Travel This is a highly field-based role requiring consistent in-person leadership.

In-studio presence four to five days per week. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs. Up to 75% travel, including possible overnight travel. Availability by phone during operating hours for clinical escalations. Ability to provide emergency provider coverage when necessary. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform treatments when needed, hold laser handpieces for up to approximately 1.5 hours, lift up to 10 pounds, and perform precise, repetitive fine-motor movements.

Base salary range: $110,000 per year, plus potential for an annual bonus in addition to base salary
