Senior Quality Engineer/Quality Assurance Engineer

My client, a growing medical device company specializing in engineered biomaterials and tissue-based products for OEM customers, is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer in the Twin Cities, MN. This role owns validation and sampling plan design, not just execution of existing protocols. It's a chance to shape quality strategy at a newer, high-spec facility alongside R&D on innovative biomaterials.

What you'll be doing

Design and lead validation and sampling plans, including test method validation (TMV) Drive process validation activities across manufacturing Support CAPA investigations, supplier qualification, and change control Contribute to design-to-manufacturing transfer for new products

About you

Be able to do the job as described. Background in Class II/III medical device quality engineering Bachelor's in engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered Design-to-manufacturing transfer experience is a plus Comfortable mentoring or coaching junior quality engineers
