My client's North American operations run through its Waltham facility, and this role keeps product moving: received, stored across temperature-controlled environments, and shipped to customers.

Receive and store materials at ambient, 4°C, -20°C, and -80°C Assemble kits and pack shipments, from dry-ice boxes to 200kg pallets Run put-away, inventory counts, and expiration tracking Prepare domestic and international shipping documents and coordinate with couriers and suppliers Process orders in NetSuite and Salesforce and support customers on shipping, returns, and exchanges About You

Be able to do the job as described. Cold-chain or temperature-controlled storage experience Comfortable moving palletized freight with powered lifters Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce Bonus: Incoterms, import/export declarations, and tariff codes US work authorization required.
