Project Description

Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro. The role requires a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, configuration management, and IT service mapping. This role will be responsible for ensuring IT assets are effectively managed, tracked, and optimized while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

Must Have:

Experience in manage and track IT hardware and software assets using ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro. Maintain and improve the accuracy and completeness of the ServiceNow CMDB. Ensure IT asset and configuration processes comply with company policies and industry standards
