Junior Controller Holdings and Treasury Back Office
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled professional to join our Finance team as a Junior Controller Holdings and Treasury Back Office. This role combines responsibility for the preparation of financial statements for holdings and treasury entities, and control of treasury-related transactions, including financing and hedging activities.
The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and a genuine interest in the financial, treasury, and holding company environment.
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Post accounting entries and prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Contribute to the implementation and improvement of accounting policies and internal controls.
Treasury Operations Control
Verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of treasury transactions. Control cash movements, payments, receipts, financing, and investment transactions. Review and validate bank confirmations and settlement documentation. Monitor debt, deposits, and financial instrument maturities. Ensure timely settlement of treasury transactions.
Risk Management and Compliance
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and authorization limits. Prepare SOX and internal control documentation. Support fraud prevention initiatives and payment security controls. Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Participate in Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and enhancement projects.

Qualifications and Experience
