Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team. Join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst and play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement compensation strategies, manage projects from start to finish, and oversee day-to-day administration.
Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive and compliant.
Partner with leadership, HR departments, and business units to effectively communicate compensation strategies and policies.
Leverage advanced analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (Workday preferred) to manage annual merit cycles, develop reports, and test new programs.
Develop internal processes, recommend improvements, and manage projects related to new HRMS implementation.
Research internal and external data to make informed recommendations on new compensation initiatives.
Ensure all compensation policies and programs adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics (preferred).
3+ years of experience in advanced compensation analysis.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively.
ERP experience (Workday preferred).
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and analytical skills.
Project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of compensation and HR laws.
Experience with e-learning platforms and content creation (a plus).
